Need a tester who has more than one CUDA device running on a computer. Please follow these instructions. Binary can be downloaded here
Extract to a test directory
mdrun_openmm.exe -s md.tpr --device 0
See if it runs then
mdrun_openmm.exe -s md.tpr --device 1
Please report the standard output.
